Processing Time & Shipping Information:
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. This time does not include shipping times. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days for shipping.

Please note that for Custom Orders only, the processing time can be up to 14 business days, depending on the items requested.

Please make sure at checkout the shipping address is correct.

Emails are responded to within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Emails will not be responded to on weekends or holidays.

Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If a package arrives damaged, you must report it within five days of receiving the damaged items.
A replacement will be sent out within two business days if the item is still in stock. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

If a package is lost in transit, meaning there has been no movement via tracking number, a replacement will be sent out within two business days. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

Safety Information:

Necklaces, Bracelets, Wristlets :
Products sold by Moonchild Mystiques are handmade and, as such, are not subject to specific certifications and federal qualifications. By ordering our products, you are assuming all risks. While we use quality products, small pieces can still pose a choking hazard to children. Do not allow small children to wear our products without adult supervision. Do not allow children to sleep or nap while wearing. Moonchild Mystiques is not liable for accidents due to irresponsibility and unsupervised acts while our products are in use.

Wax Melts:
To prevent fire or injury: Remove packaging before use. Use only in tea-light warmers or UL listed electric warmers approved for wax melts. Read and follow all instructions provided with your warmer before use. Do NOT leave melter unattended while in use. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Moonchild Mystiques is not liable for accidents due to irresponsibility and unsupervised acts while our products are in use.
